Park duration management


Specific information for parks has been added in this evolution.

It is now possible to configure the following fields for a product:

  • The number of parks,
  • Park access time:
    • Configured by the number of days of the stay (with an optional maximum),
    • or by the number of nights of the stay (with an optional maximum),
    • or by a fixed duration

This information is visible to everyone on the product page but can only be configured by those who have the right to “PRODUCTS – Manage park information”

It is possible to configure the park information at creation, duplication and modification of a product on the administration tool.

Park information is transmitted when a product is duplicated, regardless of the user’s rights. This information is not configurable for external products.

This evolution is backward compatible: In the case of an import to a lower version that does not have the management of parks, the import is normally done by ignoring the park information.

Sépage algorithm

Although a very regular update of products is made between the different sources and the Orchestra catalog, it happens in some cases that an availability visible in the catalog is no longer available at the time of its verification in real time in the connected systems

This results in a “KO” at the time of the booking process, which is unable to satisfy the customer request because of the unavailability of the product (or a product component) selected.

Instead of sending the customer back to a new search, an algorithm has been set up to propose relevant products according to the characteristics of the requested product.
