Resaneo booking workflow optimisation

The Resaneo transport source call workflow has been redesigned to improve performance and reduce waiting time for customers and agents, especially when booking pre-packages built with this transport source.

Display of the details of the luggage included in the emails and the back office

In case the reservation includes luggage for only some of the passengers, the emails sent by the reservation process can list the complete composition of the luggage. For example:

  • “Baggage included for all travelers”
  • “Baggage included for n adults, n children”

Exclude all flights based on the issuing companies

Via configuration, it is possible to technically filter the flight proposals in order to exclude a list of companies and to technically lock the possibility to book this list of companies.

Filtering transportation proposals via an O&D list

In order not to propose flights associated with airports that a tour operator does not want to propose we have set up an evolution as close as possible to the connectors to filter all the transports that correspond with a list of airports in configuration.

The filtration will be done by origin and destination, for example:

  • Filter all departures from BVA: BVA-*
  • Filter all destinations to DJE: *-DJE
  • Filter all pairs BVA => DJE: BVA-DJE

The stopovers have no impact, we look at the origins and destinations of the Itineraries, not the segments.

Search by Client ID in the Administration module

In the Administration module, in the Clients section:

  • It is possible to search by customer ID thanks to :
    • A new field “Internal client code” in the header of the search engine.
    • A new field “Internal client code” in the Customer column of the search engine.
  • Addition of a column on the right in the table of search results with the customer identifier (Internal client code)
  • Display of the customer ID in the “Client” popup
