Yield on additional services

It is now possible to apply a yield on additional services in the Transport, Dynamic package and Prepackage processes (in direct or indirect booking).

This yield can be applied according to the type of additional services (luggage, meal, seat).

New content format for Asia and Kuoni tours

In response to the improvements in circuit content formats in previous releases, the content imports for Asia and Kuoni producers have been revised to take full advantage of these new formats.

Minimum discount threshold

When creating a pricing rule on a package, the “Minimum Threshold” field must be entered. This field represents the minimum price of the main package amount from which the discount can be applied on the product.

A minimum threshold of 0 is nevertheless possible.

Payment in several instalments by Cetelem via Payline

Payment in installments via the Règlo Cetelem card has been integrated for the PSP Payline.

Price per person for maximum occupancy

In order to allow the creation of pre-packages created on the basis of packages whose price is calculated per accommodation (and not in price per person), the loss leader price is now calculated on the basis of the maximum occupancy capacity of the accommodation.

For example, for a pre-package without transport, only containing an apartment for 1 to 4 people at the price of 400€, instead of calculating a price of 200€, calculate a price of 100€.

A new type of price has thus been created (to allow an explicit display on websites in particular): the “price per person for a maximum accomodation occupancy”.

Turkish Airlines in direct connectivity

We have integrated Turkish Airlines in direct connectivity. This airline can now be booked via the Transport, Dynamic Package and Prepackage processes (and particularly accessible via the Transport Switch).

Creation of the Orchestra Hotel database

Orchestra provides a hotel database to gather rich information about nearly 1500 hotels.

These hotels are selected because they are regularly sold in packages.

The link between these packages and the Orchestra Hotel Database will make it possible to add a great deal of structured information and media (such as photos, videos, pictograms indicating the presence of services, the distance to a point of interest, etc.) to B2B product pages and websites.

Version upgrade of Traveltainment connector for FTI Flex

The version of the connector used to access the FTI Flex production has been updated to its latest version. This migration, although mandatory, has mainly technical impacts.

Revision of credentials and MCTO formats for Héliades

Without any functional impact, work was carried out to implement a new format for the credentials of the Héliades producer as well as changes to the accounting messages.

Administration module migration

The Administration tool will switch to a new technical architecture from this version 18.0. This new architecture allows a better maintainability and more flexibility in the deliveries.

Standardization of access management to all modules

Since the implementation of the new menu, all modules are accessible from it. In this version, the last modules have been reworked to allow access to them without having to reconnect when switching from one to another.

The modules concerned are Tracer, Capping, Switch Transport and Advantages.

Improvement of the administration interfaces

In order to improve the interface consistency, the following actions have been moved:

  • “Create a product” and “Create multiple products” have been grouped together and are accessible in this way:
  • The “Library” is accessible from the main toolbar
  • “Manage Availabilities” has been moved to the Setup section, next to other similar filter concepts, and renamed to “Open/Close Grid.”
