Integration of the Hotelbeds source

Hotelbeds is now available in a connectivity that makes the most of the possibilities given by this hotel source.

Yield on one-way flights

In the fare management module, it is now possible to differentiate the conditions of application of a yield flight rule on the types of one-way or round-trip flights.

“Non cancellable” information added on the Pierre & Vacances products concerned

A new information available in Pierre & Vacances (and Center Parcs soon) product flows, has been implemented to inform about cancellation conditions.

These conditions can, for instance, be for a non-cancellable, non-refundable stay:

NOFLEX conditions : Non-changeable and non-refundable stay in case of cancellation, payment at booking.
To access the FLEX rate, for a modifiable and cancellable stay (under conditions): contact your travel agency.

Automatic creation of d-edge hotel rooms

It is now possible to automatically retrieve information about rooms, capacities, rates and cancellation conditions from the hotel administration interface after the hotel has been created.

The actions flow is now as follows:

  1. Creation of the d-edge hotel as usual in Orchestra with the right identifier
  2. Click on the “Get info from d-edge” button
  3. Rooms, occupancies, rates and cancellation conditions are created automatically.
  4. Sends the hotel’s Orchestra ID to d-edge to synchronize the two systems.
