Connectivity of the Ceetiz activity source

The Ceetiz activity source has been connected and is now available for distribution via the platform and according to all booking processes (Package and Prepackage, Dynamic Package, Activities and services).

Dematerialized gift cards sales

Distributors can now sell dematerialized, private gift cards on the Orchestra platform.

A dedicated booking process has been set up, enabling a customer to purchase an e-gift card and offer it to a beneficiary, for use on the distributor’s e-commerce website where it was purchased.

When an e-gift card is purchased, an automatic code is generated and emailed to the customer, who can then offer it to the beneficiary of their choice, adding a personalized message.

The e-gift card can then be used in the distributor’s e-commerce booking process, with a possible additional payment if the amount on the e-gift card is insufficient to cover the total cost of the order.

Finally, the distributor can define the validity period of the e-gift card.

Management of activities images in the editorial

As with packages, activities images can now be updated via the activity editorial in the Administration tool.

This makes it possible to select the main activity image to be displayed in the booking process.

We have taken advantage of this evolution to remove the cross-functional editorial for activities and internal flights, in order to simplify the management of activities.

Addition of a link to enter the booking process from tracking emails

In order to increase the conversion rate with abandoners who have not completed a booking, we have updated the generic templates for customer tracking emails, for all booking processes (Packages, Transport, Hotels, Activities and services).

In particular, a link to re-enter the booking process has been added to the tracking emails, enabling the booking to be restarted using the same parameters as those used for the initial booking.

Visibility of the insurance refusal message throughout the booking process

A new message has been added throughout the booking process to explicitly mention the customer’s choice to decline insurance selection.

This change ensures that customers explicitly refuse insurance, and increases the conversion rate for this product line in the booking process.

This feature is activated by default in all booking processes, and can be deactivated via configuration.

Partial cancellation of connectivity bookings

Partial cancellation of a booking in connectivity is now possible from the back office.

Certain elements of the booking or sub-booking can now be cancelled while keeping the main booking.

Various improvements to Orchestra login pages

A number of improvements have been made to Orchestra application login pages, to simplify background image management and allow customization of button styles on these pages.

For example, it is now possible to generate a dynamic, random display of a background image from recently added images.

Login pages concern the following modules: Administration, Back Office, B2B Products & Reservations, Price Management, Partners and Connectivity.

Addition of the initial quotation number to detailed export

We have enhanced the detailed export of bookings in the back office, by adding a new column “Initial quotation number”.

Information on the initial quotation number now appears in the detailed export in the back office.

This information can be useful for business intelligence purposes based on detailed exports.

Addition of luggage for Nouvelair flights

Luggage services are now available when booking Nouvelair flights, via the Hitit connector.

Enhanced application connection security

We have made an evolution to reinforce the security of connections between platform modules, by not storing user credentials in the HTML front office.

The modules concerned by this evolution are the following: Administration, Back office, B2B products & reservations, Pricing management, Accounting, and Partners.

This feature is activated by default and can be deactivated via configuration.
