Orchestra now integrates Air France Seamen fares. This functionality requires prior configuration of your account code by Orchestra teams. When selecting a Seamen fare, vessel and port information is collected on the passenger details page for transmission to Air France.

Emirates – Advanced Filtering by Operating Carrier

The Emirates filtering system gains a new option. In addition to global itinerary filtering, Orchestra now enables filtering of flights containing at least one segment not operated by Emirates.

Orchestra now enables cancellation of fare adjustment type modifications from the back-office. This action automatically triggers cancellation of fare lines associated with the relevant modification.

To improve navigation in files containing numerous fare lines, Orchestra integrates an optimized display system. Excess lines are hidden by default, with a “Show more” button providing access to complete information.

CroisiEurope – Chronological Service Sorting

CroisiEurope additional services (add-ons) now display in optimized chronological order. When dates are identical, longer duration services are prioritized in the display.

TGX – Fixed Amount Fee Integration in Cancellation Conditions

To address comprehensive fare policy management needs, Orchestra enhances its support for Travelgate cancellation conditions. The hotel module now integrates fixed amount cancellation fees, which are automatically retrieved from Travelgate and mapped within the Cancellation Management section.

This functionality complements the existing fee types already available (percentage and number of nights), enabling comprehensive and compliant management of all penalties defined in Travelgate.
