Release note 24.3

On Hitit connectivity, automated flight change is now available in the back-office. This change includes manual fees handling.

The new Oman Air API is available with direct NDC connectivity on the Orchestra platform and replaces the old, obsolete Oman Air API.

It is now possible to retrieve and send remarks including the file number via the NDC API to airlines. This improvement facilitates the reconciliation of reservations for agencies.

The seat selection feature (Seat Map) is now available for Sabre flights. This includes free seat pre-selection for certain fare families as a mandatory option.

The new Turkish Airlines NDC source replaces the old Turkish Airlines integration, which is no longer supported. The migration is technical but also brings new features, including flight changes in the back office.

The Travelport GDS is available.

The integrated features are: search, services, book, issue.

Features not yet integrated: cancellation, passenger and flight changes.

Issuing can be either direct or deferred (on hold), depending on the different requirements of GDS/NDC sources.

It is now possible to modify JejuAir flights in the back office after booking. This improvement was made possible by updating our integration to version 3.15 of Navitaire.

This development makes it possible to manage cases of very occasional random unavailability of the Tictactrip API by making several calls. This prevents “false knockouts” due to technical unavailability.

Transavia’s new Smart fare offer via the Shopping V2 API has been integrated. It allows customers to benefit from additional services such as cabin baggage and priority boarding. This update ensures full compatibility with the latest developments in the Transavia API.

The Travelsoft certification allows Caravel Travel to distribute Jetstar. To be fully certified as an aggregator, another integration will be necessary.
