Indirect Booking : email notification to producer on confirmed distributor booking

To optimize indirect sales monitoring and improve producer responsiveness, we have implemented automatic email notifications for each validated booking. It is possible to define for which producers this email should be activated.

Improved display of accommodation pptions for pre-packages with internal hotels

The display of passenger breakdowns, room categories, and board types has been optimized on the Orchestra platform. This enhancement applies to all hotels, whether added manually or via a channel manager. The interface now offers a unique entry per passenger breakdown, with corresponding room categories displayed and individually selectable. The board type is presented based on previous selections.

Switch transport/file fee management: consideration of transport sub-sources

A new feature allows the association of file fees, configured via the administration tool, with airlines or sub-sources (secondary sources) defined in the Switch Transport. The secondary source is now included in the calculation of file fees for Dynamic Package and Transport processes.

Back-office total file display enhancement

The display of the total transport section of a file in the back office has been improved to clearly include service fees. An additional information line now shows the total amount to be paid (including all services), preventing misinterpretation by agents. This enhancement ensures greater pricing transparency when managing files.

Improved management of special air fares

Special airline fares (tour operators and marine) now benefit from increased visibility for agencies, appearing clearly on the flight results page and in the details pop-up.

Additionally, a checkbox has been added to the contact details page, requiring explicit client validation of the conditions associated with these specific fares. This measure aims to reduce bookings of ineligible special fares.

Automation of agency fee integration with capping system

The integration of agency fees into the capping system is now automated. Amounts entered by agencies during booking automatically generate a reversal line in the Capping module, eliminating previous manual entries. This evolution improves the reliability of accounting tracking and optimizes the processing of agency sales and refunds.

Orchestra catalogue API: security and reliability update

The Orchestra Catalogue API has undergone an update aimed at strengthening access security. This evolution ensures that API usage is restricted to explicitly authorized applications. Error management has also been harmonized and improved. These measures contribute to enhancing the quality and robustness of the API, thereby consolidating its reliability for future integration.
