Update of documentation

The various documents in the “Documentation” tab have been harmonised and updated. In addition, a flag now indicates the language of the document.

Opinion search engine

The opinion search engine has been expanded. It is now possible to search by :

  • The internal or external code of the opinion
  • The type of associated element (product or hotel)
  • The identifier of the product or hotel to which the opinion is linked
  • The type of opinion (expert or consumer)
  • The identifier of the expert who gave the opinion
  • The comments field of the opinion
  • The creation date
  • The modification date
  • The minimum or maximum average rating

The results table has also been reworked to display more suitable columns. The columns displayed are :

  • The statuses
  • The internal code
  • The external code
  • The type of entity linked to the opinion (product or hotel)
  • The code of the linked entity
  • The label of the linked entity
  • The type of opinion (expert or consumer)
  • The name of the person who created the opinion
  • The creation date
  • The average rating

Duplication of occupancy
in hotel schedules

It is now possible to duplicate the prices of one occupancy for another during the creation of the schedule for an internal hotel. If a new occupancy is being added to an existing room, this change will make initialising the associated prices significantly easier. There are two ways to duplicate the prices of an occupancy :

  • Click on the title of occupancy to duplicate in the schedule.
  • Open the menu at the top-right and choose the option “Duplicate an occupancy”.

The pop-up that opens allows you to define the source occupancy (the one you want a copy) and the target occupancy (the one you want to fill). You must then confirm in order to duplicate prices.

Entering children’s dates
of birth for hotels

It is now possible to enter children’s date of birth in the booking process for hotels and dynamic packages.

A configuration allows you to choose between entering children’s ages or dates of birth. This option is also featured in the B2B solution.

Managing working days

The minimum number of days before departure, which allows you to define the first available date before the current day, can now be calculated in working days. National holidays are managed using a configuration file.

The B2B solution can take into account this calculation of the first available date for its searches and its product sheets. The number of days can be different by channel.

This parameter can also be used in a catalogue, through the appropriate integration.

Expiration of quotation “reprocessing”

It is now possible to specify a validity period for quotation “reprocessing” when the booking date is close to the departure date.

With the right configuration, it is for example possible to limit the period during which the quotation can be reprocessed to one hour if the quotation was made less than three days before departure.

Generating virtual cards with eNett

When a service provider needs to be paid (for example a low-cost company), it is now possible to generate a virtual card to make this payment.

This generation takes place between the customer’s payment and the booking. It is possible to set up a specific alert email in the event of errors during this stage.

Integrating a balance
into an upcoming payment after a bulk regulation

When a regulation is created on several files and does not require validation from the customer, it is now possible to directly transfer the amount to an existing automatic payment.

If no automatic payment has been defined, the status of the file will stay as “to pay manually”.

for discount fees and booking fees

A commission percentage can now be defined for discount fees and booking fees. The values of these percentages can be configured.

Managing supplier credit memos

A new type of pricing line has been added so that supplier credit memos can be entered.

This type allows you to enter negative amounts in the gross and net fields (field concerning the producer) and a zero value in the sales price (to not affect the customer’s bill).

“Reprocessing” hotel quotations

Quotations made via the hotel sale process can now be reprocessed in the back office so that the travel agents can finalise the booking.

When “reprocessing”, the details page is directly displayed and prefilled with the data entered during the quotation. This allows the booking to be quickly confirmed.
