New package type :
Vacation club quality guarantee

A new quality label for vacation clubs was launched in mid-October under the title
Vacation club quality guaranteed.

The clubs that benefit from this label meet 20 qualitative and qualitative points, which fall under three types of criteria :

Providers and hotel services,
Representation (of the TO) and animation,
TO services (before, duraing, after the stay …).

The objective of this label is to oversee and value the “vacation club” appellation.

The new package identification Vacation club quality guaranteed is now available in the administration tool.

The evolution makes user searches easier for labelled products.

Enrichment >br>of the fee schedule for ancillary services

Following integration of external providers of transfers and activities, the fee schedule for services (services tab of the administration tool) has been enriched with the following characteristics :

Services part
- Image gallery
- Service duration
- Latitude and longitude of the service

Transfer part
- Airport transfer code
- Number of bags in transfer

Availabilities part
- Closed dates for the service
- Maximum age for a child
- Maximum age for a baby
- Gross prices
- Languages offered for the service
- Start times for the service

These new fields are available for external as well as internal services.

It is now possible to vary the price by hour. This evolution makes it possible to narrow down price propositions according to timetable.

Additionally, the service sheet has been enriched to display additional information, such as the photo gallery, category, country, city, etc.

Creation date,
Modisication date.

Additionally, it is now possible to carry out service searches from the following fields :

City searched with auto-completion.

Evolution
of ancillary transfer services

New type of granularity : group

The new type of granularity, Group, is available in the fee schedule for ancillary services.

The new type of granularity, Group, is available in the fee schedule for ancillary services. The type of granularity “G” makes it possible to apply the price to a car with a capacity of X passengers. The capacity of the car is defined from the Maximum quantity adults column in the fee schedule. This capacity makes it possible to calculate the number of cars necessary for a given passenger configuration.

It is recommended to use this type for the sale of private transfers, for which prices are generally defined per car.

Warning messages for the links other than product

Service links such as outbound or inbound transfers are done exclusively on products, as it is necessary to have a place of transfer departure and a place of transfer arrival.

Messages have been implemented on the service page to warn the user.

Message warning the user that it is impossible to dry link a transfer to a flight or a hotel.

New type of service provider

It is now possible to define, if the provider of ancillary services is internal (manual production from the services tab in the administration tool) or external (automated production by imports coming from service providers).

If the provider is defined as external, the following actions are not available :

Manual importation of the grid on the supplier,
Modification of the name and description of the provider’s services,
Management of stocks of this provider’s services.

The Orchestra platform now makes it possible to display ancillary services in a box, which enables display of more content.

To obtain this visualisation, the gallery attribute of the service must be entered in the fee schedule. This type of visualisation of activities and transfers is accessible on the invoice page in the Package sales process.

In this visualisation mode, the groups of options and options with choice are not available.

ACTIVITIES

The box of an activity integrates the following information :

Photo carrousel,
Service name,
Start of the service description,
Activity place,
Activity duration,
Languages available for the activity.

When the box is selected, a sub-block appears. This block makes it possible to enter information necessary for reservation :

Date and time,
Language,
Participants.

TRANSFERS

The box of an outbound or inbound transfer integrates the following information :

Unique photo of the service
Service name
Start of the service description
Duration (optional)
Amount of luggage allowed
Type of transport (private or public)
Number of passengers or number of cars

When the box is selected, a sub-block appears. The block informs about the date and time the transfer was processed. The hour for processing is configurable according to sources.

Also, transfers are now grouped together in a section dedicated to transfers to improve the visibility of stay detail.

It is possible to configure the maximum number of characters to display in the description summary for activity and transfer box.

Pre-selection of activities

The integration of an adapted catalogue means it is now possible to pre-select activities when beginning the package booking process. The selected activity is displayed in the Activities part included on the invoice page.

The pre-selection of an activity is done in simple mode, meaning that the other selection choices for the activity (for another date or another time period for instance) are also offered on the invoice page.

Free entry

It is now possible to request the flight number and flight arrival time on an indicative basis on the coordinates page, for hotel sale processes.

Additionally, this information can also be configured to be required.

Limonetik: Integration of Oney Facily Pay

Payment with Oney Facily Pay in 3x or 4x is now available via Limonetik. Information on this type of financing is accessible from the invoice page.

New providers of activities and transfers

The Orchestra platform now offers generic integration of activity and transfer providers. Sale of activities and transfers is available off the shelf without any limitation of stock.

The general functioning is as follows: Fee schedules for ancillary services by external providers are imported automatically into the platform. Once the services are loaded in the platform, they are available for sale in all Orchestra sales processes just like the other services loaded manually by the fee schedules.

Following this, booking is made of the provider’s external service on both the external system and from within the Orchestra platform. After reservation, the invoice is recovered automatically and associated to the stay reservation file.

The Ceetiz provider is currently being certified on the Orchestra platform.

Ceetiz is a French leader in the marketing of tourism, cultural and leisure activities. The offer catalogue is constantly enriched from within Orchestra.

The channel manager Site Minder is now available on the platform. Hotels accessible using this source are now accessible according to hotel contracts and can be sold through various pre-package and Orchestra sales processes.

A cache file can be used to significantly improve calculation time for call prices and availabilities of pre-packages created from the administration tool.
