In order to comply with this directive, developments are underway on all PSPs connected to Orchestra.

Simplification of hotel booking via SynXis

A hotel connected via SynXis does not need the name of all participants to validate the reservation. Therefore, the information of each traveler is no longer needed and is no longer requested in the booking process.

This reduces the friction during processing by limiting the amount of information required to validate the reservation.

Optional services in indirect booking

Within the framework of indirect booking, a package produced on Orchestra at a producer-distributor is sold by another Orchestra distributor.

The optional services, configured at the producer-distributor and linked to the package to which the reservation relates, will now be offered in the reservation process of the final distributor.

New version of the Belambra connector

In order to activate the marketplace mode for the producer Belambra, the connector between Orchestra and the producer’s system has been reworked from version 10 to version 12 of this connector.

Jobs optimization

The Jobs instances are technical tools to automate all the processing performed periodically on the data in the Orchestra platform. They are the ones that periodically apply filters on products, manage exports, etc…

These central systems have been migrated to a new technical environment allowing for greater administrative flexibility and performance. This technical migration gave rise to major optimization work.

News tab in the Administration

Go to the Orchestra Administration, by clicking on the megaphone pictogram, you can access to the new version of the dashboard that lists the latest news related to the platform.

Keywords on packages and criteria

Producers have the possibility to add information to the products by adding keywords. These keywords can, for instance, inform the customer that a service is available such as a children’s club or wifi, but also information as the distance between the accommodation and the beach.

In this evolution, we have made it possible for product keywords to be automatically transformed into distributor criteria added to the products.

This mechanism makes it possible to use the full potential and flexibility of product criteria on websites.

Pledg and Sharegroop in the mobile-first booking process

The Pledg and Sharegroop multi-payment systems have been integrated into the new desktop and mobile booking process.

Notification of near expiration of a transport file in the back office

Within the framework of a transport file in direct connectivity, an action by the travel agent may be necessary to issue the ticket and thus definitively validate the file.

An email notification can now be sent to the agency which will list all the files concerned by an upcoming expiration (whose deadline can be configured).

Automatic generation of travel documents for transport files

At the time of booking and possible modification of a transport file, the information necessary for the customer to take his/her flight is recorded in a travel document set up according to the distributor’s choices.

Favorite file searches by modification, regulation or cancellation

Favorite search folder lists now take into account all current changes, adjustments or cancellations, not just the last created action.

Negative margins in Gestour

Tariff lines with negative margins can now be transmitted to the Gestour back office.
