Integration of a loyalty benefits management system

A system for managing the loyalty benefits of a travel agency has been integrated. It allows the customers of this travel agency on the one hand to accumulate an amount in euros in a loyalty program which increases with each reservation while, on the other hand, being able to consume the available amount of their account to reserve a stay according to precise and configurable conditions.

An evolution of the connectivity with Amadeus now allows to create pre-packages with transport in Open-Jaw for this source (departure or arrival airport different between the outward and return journey).

Security developments

Various developments have improved the security of internal tools and the reservation process. A constant effort of monitoring and improvement is provided, both from a machine and hosting point of view by the Operations teams and from a software point of view by the development teams.

Improved connectivity with d-edge

Various connectivity enhancements to the d-edge channel manager have resulted in improved synchronization and hotel updates, as well as increased synchronization capabilities for cancellation conditions.

Key enhancements include:

  • Addition of occupancy information per person to the automatic creation of occupancies during hotel synchronization.
  • Evolution of the creation and update of rooms to keep the editorials.
  • Evolution of the rates mapping to take into account the non refundable cancellation conditions.

Recording of editorial data attached to a file in the backoffice

It is now possible to store editorial data (rich text and images) on a folder saved in the back-office

This function allows you to store a product sheet attached to a folder or additional editorial information specific to the folder.

Improvements of Activities and Services

Developments have been made to improve the sales capabilities of activities and services in the booking process.

From now on :

  • All types of services can be integrated into the booking process, in a dynamic way.
  • It is possible to group activities and services into thematic sections.
  • The order of the sections in the booking process is configurable.
  • The order of activities and services in each section is configurable.
  • All mandatory activities and services are grouped in a single section.

The groupings allow you to filter the services, sort them and add them one by one to the reservation. After validation, the selected reservations are summarized in the section.
