In the booking process, for bookings with flights, we have added a contextual message to inform the user of the possibility to add optional luggage when not already included in the selected flights.

This is also a way to encourage customers to book optional luggage at this stage in the booking process.

A new deferred payment option is now available on the platform with the payment method Pledg.

Complementary to Buy Now Pay Later existing solutions, this feature enable payment mechanisms such as “Pay on the 5th of the following month”.

In the back office, an improvement has been made to enable better visualization of the details of a booking, particularly for pre-package bookings which contain numerous services.

Integration of airline frequent flyer programs into the booking process for some airlines

Passengers with frequent flyer numbers from certain airlines can now enter this information into Orchestra’s booking process to earn points on their frequent flyer accounts.

Frequent flyer programs have been integrated for the following airlines: Aegean Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Avianca, Finnair, Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways.

Automatic “Waiting for confirmation” ticket issuing

We have improved the ticket issuing mechanism for airlines handling multi-stage confirmations, to enable 100% automatic ticketing.

This is particularly useful for pre-package bookings.
