Integration of the multidestinations module of Travel Compositor

The solutions from Travel Compositor, subsidiary of the Travelsoft group, are now available on Orchestra.

In particular, Travel Compositor’s multidestinations module is now accessible from the B2B, enabling travel agencies to create step-by-step bookings, bookings based on travel ideas or based on artificial intelligence search.

It is now possible to synchronize users between the two platforms, as well as registered travel agencies.

Payment and 3D Secure v2 with Travelsoft Pay

We have added 3D Secure v2 to secure online payments made with the payment provider Worldpay, partner of Travelsoft Pay.

Payment from the back office and payment by email with Travelsoft Pay have also been implemented in this evolution.

Enhanced availabilities for direct and committed flights

In the context of the sale of pre-packaged products, we have made evolutions to enhance the volume of stays available including direct and committed flights.

It is now possible, via a configuration, to search for additional and alternative availabilities with direct and committed flights.

The information indicating whether the flight is direct, charter, with or without baggage included, has been added to the “Availabilities and fares” table in the product page in the administration tool, as well as on the B2C websites and the availability exports.

Luggage pictogram management on Taranis

We have upgraded the Taranis connector to dynamically display information about luggage included or not included in the reservation process.

Improvements in the manual creation of activities

We have made changes to the manual entry grids for activities, so that unit prices can be created without having to specify the type of participant and the associated age group.

These evolutions speed up the filling of price grids for activities.

Trenitalia cancellation conditions added to the back office

For reservations made with Trenitalia, ticket cancellation information is now recorded and visible in the booking details in the back office.

This information is available in the Transport tab, the service details tab and the booking email, for all ticket classes.

Marine fare management for Iberia

An upgrade has been made for airlines offering the “Seamen” or “Marine” fare typology.

This tariff class is now available for Iberia flights.
