Optimization of customer booking printing and sending actions

In the back office, we have made functional and graphic improvements to the actions an agent can perform on a customer booking.

It is now possible to print a preview of the booking with the distributor’s logo, print the entire booking, and parameterize the information displayed in the PDF document sent to the customer.

Improved “See more choices” graphics on the Transport carousels

Graphic improvements have been made to the booking process for the Transport, Luggage and Transport Services sections, to make them more intuitive and ergonomic to use. In particular, a “See all choices” button has been added for mobile bookings.

Option to display hotel cancellation conditions in the Dynamic Package booking process

In the same way as for the Hotel-only booking process, we have added the option of activating the display of hotel cancellation conditions in the Dynamic Package booking process.

This option is managed by the same configuration as in the Hotel booking process.

Direct connectivity with LATAM Airlines

The airline LATAM Airlines is now available with direct connectivity via all Orchestra platform modules (transport booking process, B2C, agency, pre-packaging, back office).

Addition of ancillary services for Iberia airline

We have added ancillary services to the flight booking process for Iberia: priority boarding and sports baggage selection are now available for Iberia flights.

Simplified configuration of booking fees

We have simplified the management of bookings fees and discount fees on the “all-inclusive” amount in the administration tool, by removing confusing parameters.

Limitation of the retention period for customer account connection history

For security reasons, customer account connection history is now only kept for a maximum of one year.

Optimization of hotel product image display in the B2B

The algorithm for displaying hotel pictures has been reworked to reduce the number of products without images in B2B. From now on, when a hotel’s editorial contains only the slideshow, the first image will also be displayed as the main image. Conversely, for hotels with only a main image, this will also be displayed in the slideshow.

Improvement of rules for the exclusion of distribution channels, users and organizations

An evolution has been introduced to simplify the configuration of rules for managing processing fees, payment fees, delivery fees, discounts and car rental.

Just as you can add a channel, organization or user to a rule configuration, you can now exclude them for these modules.

Evolution of the commission configuration for hotel rates

We have upgraded the management of in-house hotels, enabling producers to configure commission at the rate level. Previously, this was only possible by schedule or by date/room.

Simplification of transport fields on B2B product pages

We have optimized the transport fields on B2B product pages, notably by removing the airline selection option. Class selection is still possible on B2B product pages.
