Internationalization of the Floa payment solutions

Floa’s payment solutions are now available internationally.

This internationalization is available with Floa direct and via the payment provider Thunes.

Implementation of an add-ons page to the Packages booking process

Add-on services can now be displayed on an intermediate page between the quote page and the contact details page in the Packages booking process.

This solution improves the user experience, lightening the quote page and giving greater visibility to optional activities and services available in the booking, such as menu choices, excursions and other destination activities.

Some of these services may depend on the room choices made on the previous page (quote page).

This feature can be activated via configuration.

Redesign of the Advantages module

We have made several changes to the Advantages module on the administration platform:

  • Creation of a form to generate advantage codes on a one-to-one basis.
  • Creation of new user rights to access the module’s various functions.
  • Addition of information to improve traceability, such as the user who created or consumed the benefit.
  • Graphic and ergonomic improvements to the module.

Configuration of the dematerialized gift card reception option

In the booking process, it is now possible to configure the option for sending the dematerialized gift card.

Whereas in the past the purchaser could decide whether to send the e-gift card to himself or to another recipient, it is now possible to remove this option.

By default, the dematerialized gift card will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address.

Optimized booking synchronization between Travel Compositor and Orchestra platforms

Booking synchronization between the Travel Compositor and Orchestra platforms has been improved.

Bookings are now automatically updated in the Orchestra Back office in the event of creation, modification or cancellation of a booking on the Travel Compositor platform.

Managing customer contacts in the event of unforeseen events for TUI

Entering and sending contact data is now managed on the Orchestra platform for TUI Group producers.

Reservation module migration

Technological migration to higher-performance systems continues in the background of visible developments. More and more of the platform’s modules are gradually being migrated to these new systems.

For this version 22.6, our teams have been working on the reservation module.
