Hotel: TravelgateX new connectivity

The Orchestra platform is now connected to the TravelgateX (TGX) platform belonging to the Travelsoft group. This connection enables Orchestra customers to access all TravelgateX Channel Managers easily and more simply. In fact, TravelgateX handles all the human aspects of hotel onboarding (communication, identifiers, setup, etc.), making the process transparent for Orchestra customers.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) bundles are available for Air France flights.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) means that the fuel used is produced from renewable or sustainable sources such as agricultural waste, used oil or non-food raw materials.

These SAF bundle fares enable Air France end customers to contribute to the adoption of greener fuels on their flights. This initiative is in line with the efforts made by many airlines to achieve the decarbonization objectives of the aviation sector. These fares can now be booked as part of the reservation process on Air France flights with direct connectivity.

Evolution of emergency contact

The emergency contact function has been improved. In the booking process, it is now possible to ask the end customer only for their telephone number, instead of their telephone number and email address. This reduces the time required to enter data in the booking process.

Note: the agency’s email address can be entered by default as an emergency contact email address if required.

Evolution of the “complete” status for travel documents automation

The travel documents automation function has been enhanced to enable more detailed management.

It is now possible to automatically set in the back office the transition of a travel journal to “complete” status according to the type of service and/or producer, thanks to an exclusion configuration. The “complete” status will then be applied as soon as a document is present for each source whose type, producer or both notions are not excluded.
