Search by departure period and days

Why? To extend date search options when looking for packages and thereby enable travel agents to better target their searches.

Where? On the B2B solution package search engines – on the homepage and advanced search.

How? As well as searching by “date + flexibility”, you can now search using a precise departure period. Using this new date search block, you can select :

  • A departure period,
  • A date and flexibility (as before).

This new search block is activated by default.

You can also activate a new search criterion where departures on specific days of the week can be chosen. For example, these tick boxes can be used to search for all departures available on Saturdays and Sundays within a given period.

Automatic agency selection

For distributors with agency networks, during the B2C site booking process agencies are usually selected on the contact details page. You can now automatically select the customer’s nearest agency.

New integrations

Sunhotels source integrated. You can now access Sunhotels and JacTravel hotels in over 10,000 destinations.

Cancellation management in hotel connectivity

Technical cancellation management added for Koedia and H-Résa hotel sources. For pre-package bookings and dynamic package bookings comprising several different services, this type of cancellation will cancel the hotel booking if a promised service cannot be reserved.

Printing of files

Several booking printing formats can be added (e.g. pro forma invoice, quote without agency commission, etc.).

Improvements to Promoséjours, Boomerang Séjours and Boomerang Circuits connectivity

Why ? To bolster what these producers offer with extra information and options to improve sales of these packages.

Where ? In the package booking process.

How ? Producers Promoséjours, Boomerang Séjours and Boomerang Circuits now offer packages with :

  • Domestic flights,
  • Car hire,
  • Additional luggage,
  • Provisional bookings.

Detailed hire car information is now shown in “Car Hire”. Information on luggage that is included/not included is also now displayed. You can add extra luggage if this is not included.

Several improvements
in the booking process

  • You can adjust the settings to remove agency commission from the total to pay.
  • You can use cross-functional content in the booking process and retrieve it using search criteria.
  • You can add the words “Photo for information purposes only” below service images.
  • Can display airport names on the detailed quote during the booking process.
  • Just like with package flight blocks, information messages regarding flight schedules are now displayed in the “Your Flight” block for dynamic packages.
  • Editorial information provided by agencies (user in administration tool) can be used to enrich booking process confirmation emails.

Improvements to booking process web services to manage alternative flights and luggage with all producers.

Hotel connectivity improvements

  • For channel manager Siteminder, setting added in the Partner module where you can choose the system to use when booking.
  • Manage multiple room occupation in our API with the channel managers.

Two improvements in payment connectivity

  • Commission management improved for Limonetik payment system.
  • For the Be2Bill payment system, you can now create an automatic payment schedule on a back office booking.

Several improvements in the back office

  • Travel document retrieval improved for Misterfly flights.
  • Booking “Origin” field (reservation, manual, import) can now be included in Back Office booking exports.
  • Ergonomic improvements to manual bookings with as much information as possible pre-filled by default (hotel stay dates, currencies, agency information).
