“Minimum Price” blocks

For B2B, the “Minimum Price” blocks display minimum prices per destination and minimum prices per partner. They are now loaded asynchronously, in order to improve load times and responsiveness on the B2B page. Each block is initially minimised, with an animation indicating that the block is loading if it is set to open by default. As soon as queries are sent and received by the client browser, the block opens and the results are displayed.

If the block is configured to be closed by default, in order to improve performance, queries are sent and results are loaded by clicking to open the block. When the user requests to open the block, a query is sent to Orchestra and the loading animation is displayed until the client browser downloads and displays the response sent by the Orchestra servers.

Here is an example with the two open blocks:

Transfer management improvements

In order to better manage transfers to destinations offering a selection of transportation options (multiple airports and stations for a single destination city), we have added a column for airports or stations to the transfer section.

Display of airport codes in a greyed-out field in the interface for creating a pre-package:

When creating a pre-package, the system will now link your transfer to the arrival (or departure) airport (or station) code, in order to automatically select the right transfer.

As a result, base prices are now also calculated by finding the availability that best minimises the combined price of all package components, e.g. accommodation, transportation, and the transfer associated with the arrival airport or station.

WYSIWIG improvements

Pending an in-depth redesign of the WYSIWIG editor to enable the entry and editing of product sheets and hotels on the platform, we have improved line break management.

Back Office improvements

When creating a manual record, the travel agent has the option of choosing the record’s creation date. We have now added a second (technical and non-modifiable) creation date for the record which allows the effective creation date of the record to be stored in the database.

The back-office “Booking details” tab now shows the provider of secondary package sources (e.g. services or transfers).

Platform connectivity enhancements

We have improved post-reservation connectivity with Gestour to ensure that field length limitations do not generate errors when saving the record to Gestour.

CroisiEurope: the CroisiEurope editorial content management system has been improved, for example to handle “Useful Information” paragraphs.

Credentials management has been updated so that different credentials per language and market may now be selected for a single producer. This means that in future, a distributor can use different credentials for its sales in France and Germany to the same producer.

Hotel connectivity improvements

The Orchestra platform is now SynXis-certified! In addition, we have improved editorial content management for hotels from this source.

For Koedia / H-Résa hotel sources, we have improved the quality of editorial content.

In the Hotels and Dynamic Packages processes, you now have the option of adding filters by type of board for the Koedia / H-Résa hotel sources.

The filter by type of board block in the Hotel reservation tunnel:

Payment management improvements

It is now possible to deactivate automatic email notifications when making account payments. Some users of the platform use account payments for accounting regulations, which do not require notifying the customer. It is now possible to disengage the email-sending system at the operator’s discretion by deselecting a checkbox (selected by default).

The Illicado payment method is now available for users of the Limonetik PSP.

For the Limonetik PSP, we have improved commissions management to enable the sending of several commissions by combining these commissions so that they appear on one single line for the producer.

Optimisation

Optimisation of pre-package cache update calculation method These pre-packages are now managed differentially. This latest enhancement reduces caching time for partial modifications of pre-packaged products.

Reservation process enhancements

You can now configure an automatic alert email to be sent when a record is not correctly saved in Gestour (Gestour KO).

The display order for the various “I agree” checkboxes in the general terms and conditions is now configurable.

The system for managing Beyable promotional codes is available in the booking processes.

It is possible to activate an additional message indicating that schedules are provided for information purposes only, in cases where flight schedules are not entered in the product or are set to 00:00 (e.g. for charter flights). These messages are displayed in the booking processes and confirmation emails above the Transport block.

Transport connectivity enhancements

Connectivity improved for the Trenitalia rail transport source.

Corsica prices available from the Amadeus flight source.

Option added to pay for transport via BSP (IATA Billing and Settlement Plan) depending on the channel selected.

e-Card management improved for airline payments via Amadeus Wallet.

Migration

The project for progressively migrating the platform to a recent version of our technological base is requiring sustained effort, and is progressing well.
