Quick quote functionality

In B2B, when travel agents present products to customers, they very often make more than three quotes per customer.

When creating these quotes, they often put “x”‘s in the traveler information fields to speed up the creation of the quote. The idea is therefore to allow not filling in the traveler section in order to access the quote very quickly.

This development adds a “Quick Quote” button on the contact page. This button allows you to send the quote by email (via the configuration) and save it as it is today.

An action button on the contact page “Sending the quote by email”.

Of course, it is necessary to check that the customer’s email address is entered. Once clicked and the email sent, the quote is saved normally, and the agent is directly redirected to the confirmation page (without going through the payment page).

This function is reserved for B2B and callcenters, it can be activated per channel.

Bedroom stock via SynXis
