Platform : welcome page

The Orchestra platform’s homepage has been completely redesigned to organize modules into thematic sections and add a description for each. It is now also possible to configure a useful links section at the top right. The objective is to modernize the interface and improve the user’s search experience.

This update also changes how you navigate between modules. Now, to open a module in a new tab, simply use your browser’s standard functions, such as holding “Ctrl” while clicking, or clicking with the mouse wheel.

Booking process: address autocomplete improvement

Improvement of address autocomplete on the coordinates page of the reservation process. We have integrated the Google Places API to provide users with a better experience when filling in their address. This feature will be activated on demand (with your own Google API key)”

Back office: new net total of agency commission

In the back office, a new net total of agency commission has been added to the file overview. It is possible to define this new net total as the main amount of the file. This is then used in the payment section to calculate the balance and update the payment status.

Back office transport – Automatic sending of confirmation email upon ticket issuance

Implementation of automatic sending of the email associated with the travel document, with a restricted triggering mode depending on specific cases of file modification. This evolution also includes updating the email template and sending the message in the target language

Back office Transport – Airline Cancellation without triggering full file cancellation

On the transport back office, a cancellation received from a flight connectivity will now only cancel the concerned transport. The file therefore remains confirmed and must be updated with a regularization. An email is sent to ensure the proper propagation of information in addition to the file status with a regularization in progress.

Carbon calculator: adding information to the reservation process, in BtoC and BtoB

The carbon footprint calculator can now be integrated into the BtoC and BtoB catalog for stays, clubs, and rentals, to inform agents of the impact of travel and to be able to communicate it to the end customer. This calculation is based on the reservation history. This evolution also allows the carbon footprint to be traced throughout the reservation process, based on real-time data. The carbon information can also be integrated into confirmation emails as well as in the MCTO.

Travelport – Pre-ticketing enhancement

Flight modification (origin/destination and dates) and cancellation functionalities have been added to Travelport’s GDS and NDC pre-ticketing flows, to allow agents to manage bookings more autonomously and flexibly before ticket issuance.

Travel Compositor Transport API Integration

The Travel Compositor transport API has been integrated into the Orchestra platform, thereby allowing the latter to act as a transport consolidator and enrich its service offering.

Transport Switch – Ability to mix 2 flights from different sources to build a round trip

Implementation of the combination of outbound/inbound flights from different sources (GDS, NDC/DC, consolidators) to enrich the offer and propose more competitive prices. This evolution relies on combinability rules defined according to flight characteristics.

Certification TAP Travelsoft

Connectivity with the TAP partner (Altea) has been officially certified, thus ensuring the quality and sustainability of the technical integration through the successful completion of test cases provided by the partner.

Amadeus ACQ Connectivity: management of teenagers

Amadeus ACQ connectivity now manages teenage passengers (12-16 years old) by transmitting the type “YOUNG”, which allows retrieving specific airline fares and making reservations more reliable that could previously fail

TO Connectivity: Real-time call – display of all flight class types

On the Orchestra connectivity format, transport classes (economy, premium, business, etc.) and booking classes are now usable. A partner can send this information in the connectivity flows, and it will be processed by the Orchestra platform.

FRAM-Migration to CSV format

To drastically reduce processing times for availability caches due to increasing volumes, the availability import format has been migrated from XFT to a new standardized CSV format, thereby ensuring a faster and more reliable integration of partner offers.

Yield by source type within a GDS

Within the framework of tariff management, the implementation of a new transport yield criterion now makes it possible to differentiate tariff rules according to the origin of flights (GDS, NDC/DC, Lowcost). This evolution is integrated into the real-time pricing engine to refine the tariff strategy based on content sources.

Internal Hotels: derived rates / multi-occupancy

Derived rates for internal hotels are now compatible with rooms having multiple occupants. This was a technical limitation that has been lifted.

Activities / Price per day

To offer better flexibility in activity rate management, new pricing granularities have been implemented. It is now possible to define the price of activities per passenger and per day or as a unit price per day, thus allowing a dynamic calculation of the final rate based on the actual duration of the stay. This evolution simplifies the implementation of adapted prices and enriches the offer proposed to travelers.

Diffuse Offer / Alert with date opening or closing

On the “Offre diffuse” module, new alert emails have been set up concerning the opening and closing of dates, as well as the detection of invalid calendar URLs. This evolution helps to secure the distribution of availabilities and to improve anomaly monitoring.
