Travelsoft Pay / Centralized Payment Orchestrator (Pay-In)

Orchestra integrates the Travelsoft Pay payment orchestrator to centralize the management of payment methods (PSP, APM, BNPL) across all Travelsoft entities. This solution offers greater flexibility, smart routing, robust fallback mechanisms, and a harmonized catalog of payment methods, significantly increasing acceptance rates while simplifying operations.

Express Quotes for B2B

The “quick quote” feature has been upgraded with a new user experience. We now refer to the concept of a “quote,” whether it’s a standard quote or a quick quote. A “call-to-action” button—“Send Quote”—will now appear throughout the process (on the quote page and the contact/payment page) at the bottom of the page and below the sidebar. Agents can therefore send a quote at any point in the process, with varying levels of customer identification information filled out (phone number, email, customer ID, etc.).

Manually Creating an “Activities” bookings

In the Orchestra back office, it is now possible to manually create “activity” folders. Previously, it was only possible to create folders for packages, hotels, flights, trains, or dynamic packages.

OBIZ Integration for Disneyland Paris Ticketing

This integration with our partner OBIZ makes the packaged distribution of Disneyland Paris tickets available through the Orchestra platform. This distribution can be done through optional or mandatory tickets. Pre-packaging can thus be considered for off-site hotels.

It should be noted that OBIZ offers a catalog featuring numerous accessible partners.

Bookings / Simplified Pricing Adjustment Entry

Back-Office pricing adjustment management has been optimized by adding a dropdown list that provides pre-filled labels and VAT rates based on the context, which simplifies, improves reliability, and speeds up the agents’ workflow by standardizing data entry.

Collection of IATA 830d Information for FRAM

To improve communication with travelers in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the traveler’s emergency cell phone number and/or the email address is now collected during the booking process on the platform and then securely transmitted to the FRAM provider, thereby ensuring a faster response and higher quality of service.

Bulk Payment Based on Invoice Numbers

In the Orchestra back office, an agent can now search by invoice date and view the number of the most recent invoice issued for a case in the results table.

Displaying Rich Content for Room and Apartment Categories on the Quote Page

During the booking process, it is now possible to add new editorial content created in Orchestra via a small “i” icon on the quote page. This new feature applies specifically to:

  • A hotel’s room categories (hotel on Orchestra);
  • Rental accommodations.

This feature is also available for room categories in packages, activities, and meal plans.

Translated Attachments in Emails

To provide a consistent customer experience, booking confirmation email attachments are now sent in the booking’s language. A new configuration variable ensures professional and coherent communication for your international clients.
